Grilled Chicken with a Sherry twist

Every barbeque-lover knows that a marinating meat before grilling it makes it more succulent. Adding a little sherry, makes its taste more special.

This simple chicken marinade recipe can be prepared in minutes. All you need to do is mix the soy sauce, vegetable oil, brown sugar, garlic. Don’t forget to add a tablespoon of cooking sherry. Put the chicken. Soak it good so the marinade can really leave its taste on your meat. Leave it on the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
